Applications: Scaffolding drilling Machine, Fence post Drilling Machine.

1. With 14 Drilling Spindles on the machine’s Left side: 4 set Drilling Spindles can be adjusted the pitch (175~250mm) by manual, the remain 10 set Drilling Spindles can not adjust the pitch (FIXED PITCH at 100mm)

2. With 14 Drilling Spindles on the machine’s Right side: 4 set Drilling Spindles can be adjusted the pitch (175~250mm) by manual, the remain 10 set Drilling Spindles can not adjust the pitch (FIXED PITCH at 100mm)

3. Suitable Pipe Diameter: 1 1/2 inches to 6 inches

4. Suitable Maximum Tube Length: 3000 mm

5. You can have adoptability to change the number of holes (by removing the drilling bit) and diameter of holes (by changing the different diameter drilling bit) when you require by manual.

6. Pipe thickness: from 2mm to 10 mm mild steel

7. The Maximum Diameter of holes in the pipe: 18mm

8. Loading and Unloading the Pipe: Manual

9. The clamping is automatic: the working circle start with one button, loading and unloading manually.
